2. Presentation of Kalyzée Connect
Kalyzée Connect is a web application designed to enable educational institutions to stream their classes live, automatically record sessions, and provide on-demand access via a dedicated platform. This solution facilitates distance learning and optimizes institutional organization thanks to its advanced features.
Offer and pricing
- Monthly subscription: €150 / room / month + €1 per remote student
- Tiered pricing based on the number of equipped rooms
- Campus interconnection: €150 / room / month
- Access to the live and on-demand streaming platform
- Video storage: 200 GB per year
- Online support and maintenance
3. Terms of use
User obligations
By accessing the Application, users confirm that they meet the following conditions:
- Have a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload recommended).
- Not be located in a country subject to embargo or appearing on a government restriction list.
- Not use the service for illegal purposes or in a manner contrary to good educational practices.
Use of Content
All content available on this Application is protected by the Owner’s intellectual property rights. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the application’s content without Kalyzée’s express consent.

5. Subscription management and cancellation
Payment and renewal
The Kalyzée Connect subscription is billed on a monthly or annual basis. Unless cancelled by the user, the subscription is automatically renewed. Payment is made directly to Kalyzée.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription by sending a cancellation request to support@kalyzee.com at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6. Liability and Limitations
Limitation of liability
Kalyzée cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by external factors (connection failures, unrelated technical incidents, force majeure). Under no circumstances will Kalyzée be liable for data loss or indirect damages suffered by users.
Indemnification
Users agree to hold Kalyzée harmless from any liability in the event of improper use of the service.
7. Final Provisions
These Terms may be updated. Users will be notified in the event of any major changes.
